Where possible they incorporate an integral chainguard into the design, along with an extension below the swinging arm to protect the suspension linkage and rear shock. Pyramid huggers are bike-specific to ensure a perfect fit, and are made in a range of materials including ABS plastic, glass-reinforced plastic and carbon fibre.
